"I do not have insurance through them but they continue to call my work cell phone number asking for individuals that do not own the number. I have asked in the past to remove the number, but just today when I called the office, I received an attitude and was hung up on. My boss is not pleased by the outcome, and is not pleased that they wont stop calling. Legally it is harassment when you tell them to stop but they wont."
"Rest assured this business has not called your place of business repeatedly. Anyone who asks to be removed from our list, is- immediately. We don’t play those games and we don’t “hang up” on people, that’s quite the comical accusation. Why are you answering strange calls at work if it’s an issue……not hard math here. Have a blessed day!"

"I've been with State Farm for 30yrs in Baltimore. Since I live on the shore now, I switched all my policies to the local agent. You would think the agent who is receiving a commission on my policy would call to thank me, welcome me, and offer his professional service if I have issues. WRONG! Yes, they called to have me come in to sit down and talk, but what is there to talk about when I've been covered for 30yrs with State Farm. Ok, then call me so we can talk on the phone knowing Im not coming in....NO that did not happen. So now I transfer another policy to their office, and its all wrong. The policy went from $400 to $700 because of the transfer. Should have raised red flags, but instead they send me mail........ sign here for a $700. This business practice has caused me to switch to another local agent, who I called before making the decision. When I called that agent answered the phone. So Im switching to that agent. When I told the current agent Mr. Martin I was switching, he was rude, obnoxious, and refused to make the change to my policy that needed changed because his office screwed up. I DO NOT recommend this kind of service for anyone. If you want to be called hon, babe, or dear then go with this office. Its not a professional office, and I do not recommend to anyone."
"Mr. McKenzie was treated with nothing but respect by my staff as he continued blasting them with foul language and rude comments over multiple calls because he was unhappy with his bill. One of the first things we attempted with Mr. McKenzie when we received his business was to have him in for a meet and greet/review of all of his policies however he refused multiple times. We then attempted to resolve his issues over the phone as he preferred but he refused to speak to any of my licensed staff that could have helped him immediately, including the office manager. When I spoke to Mr. McKenzie I respectfully told him how to most swiftly have the issue with his policy corrected. Based on his actions that followed, he didn’t seem to be happy with what that process was and he quickly terminated the phone call before I could offer any kind of further assistance."
